Murudeshwar :

  • World‛s Tallest Shiva Statue Temple at Murudeshwara Beach.
  • Netrani is one of the Islands off Murudeshwar popular as Scuba diving destinations in Karnataka. The Netrani Islands also known as Pigeon Island is off the Murudeshwara coast. This is an enchanting island with a wild growth of trees and curved rocky formations that shelter numerous pigeons. The island with its corals and clear waters is probably the best snorkeling/ dive site in India. There are great opportunities for snorkeling; both for beginners to deep-diving experts here. Being a Scuba diving destination in Karnataka there are multiple operators in Murudeshwara who conduct single dives as well as scuba diving courses. Being able to swim like a fish, seeing them in close view underwater, and seeing colorful corals will be an experience to cherish, a perfect adventure for everyone in the family.

  • Day 01: Depart from Mumbai (1 PM), Pune (5 PM), Bangalore (9 PM) to Gokarna via Sleeper Bus
  • Day 02: Visit Yana Caves and trek from Om Beach to Kudle Trek. Watersports at Kudle Beach, Watch the Sunset, and enjoy the Nightlife at Kudle. Stay in Gokarna
  • Day 03:  Visit Mahabaleshwar Temple, Explore Mirjan Fort, Honnavar Backwater Boating, Murudeshwar Temple, 2nd Highest Shiva Statue, Stay in Murudeshwar.
  • Day 04: Go Scuba dive and watersports at Netrani Island - Depart for Mumbai/Pune

Itinerary
Day 01: Mumbai / Pune / Bangalore to Gokarna
  • 01:00 PM: Pickup from Mumbai
  • 05:00 PM: Pickup from Pune
  • 09:00 PM: Pickup from Bangalore

Day 02: Yana Caves, Beach Trek, and Cafe Hoping
  • Breakfast halt, freshen up, and change.
  • 11:00 AM: Reach Yana Caves.
  • You will have to trek 500 meters for Yana Caves to witness its unique rock formations, Bhairaveshwara Shikhara and Mohini Shikhara. These massive limestone rocks amid lush forests offer a stunning backdrop for trekking and religious activities.
  • 12:00 PM: Head towards Gokarna.
  • 01:30 PM: Have lunch at Gokarna
  • 02:00 PM: Head to OM Beach
  • 03:00 PM: Reach OM Beach, and explore the beach. You can take a ferry ride on which you can spot Paradise Beach, Half Moon Beach, and Moon Beach. (Ferry costs 300 per person at own cost).
  • Later Trek to Kudle Beach, one of the most happening beaches in Gokarna.
  • Here you can enjoy Watersports like banana boat rides, parasailing, and jet-skiing. (At own cost). 
  • Watersports might be closed during Monsoon or Hightids and can only be performed during daylight.
  • As the sun starts to set, it's time to have some fun, hop into a cafe, eat or drink or just chill as there is nothing else left on today's itinerary, expect you to have all the fun *Wink Wink*. (Last order 10 PM)
  • 11:00 PM: Back to the Hotel for the night's stay.
Day 03: Mahabaleshwar Temple, Mirjan Fort, Honnavar and Murudeshwar
  • 06:00 AM: Wake and freshen-up
  • 06:30 AM: Visit Mahabaleshwar Temple, If there is a huge queue we might have to visit it from the outside.
  • Please remember there is a dress code for Mahabaleshwar Temple, girls have to wear Saree or Kurti Pajami fully covered. And boys have to wear a lungi without a T-shirt.
  • 08:00 AM: Have breakfast and checkout from the Hotel
  • 10:00 AM: Reach Mirjan Fort, you will find it similar to Augada Fort in Goa. Live your low-budget "Dil Chahta Hai" moment in Gokarna.
  • 11:00 AM: Leave from Mirjan to Honnavar. This is going to be another long ride of two hours.
  • Reenergize yourself with glucose or coconut water as we still have two more spots to cover today.
  • 01:00 PM: Arrive in Honnavar for Backwater Boating, Here you will go for an hour-long boat ride through Mangroves. Experience a unique boating experience at Honnavar in the Sharavathi River. This ride will make you feel you are in Kerala.
  • 02:00 PM: Visit Kandla Boardwalk, a paradise for all content creators. You can grab some snacks here and refill your bottles.
  • 02:30 PM: Later proceed to Murudeshwar. It will be a half an hour's drive.
  • 03:00 PM: Have a late lunch at Murudeshwar.
  • Later visit Murudeshwar Temple and 2nd Highest Shiva Statue.
  • Dinner and Overnight Stay in Murudeshwar.
Day 03: Murudeshwar Temple - Scuba Diving & Snorkelling.
  • Wake up, freshen up, and have Breakfast.
  • We leave for Netrani Island by 8 AM.  Get lost in the magic of scuba diving and have one of the most surreal experiences.
  • Once we board a 20 km ferry ride from Murudeshwar to Netrani Islands. On the way, you will be briefed about the dive sites and marine life. Netrani Island boat ride is a marvelous experience. Basic lessons about Scuba Diving will be given by trained instructors too. After arriving at the diving spot, one will get an opportunity to dive at Netrani for 30 to 40 min and even go snorkeling. In the wake of finishing these activities, we return to Murudeshwar Beach.
  • 07:30 PM Take the bus to Mumbai/Pune.
  • Overnight journey by Bus.

Important Notes:

  • Certain medical conditions will stop you from diving. If you have a heart condition or have had a history of lung problems, please check with your Padi professional.
  • While booking you must submit a copy of a photo ID, including your address, i.e. Aadhaar card, Driving license, Passport, or PAN card will not be accepted.
  • Swimwear or something you are happy to get wet must be worn by all participants and is not provided by Netrani Adventures.
  • Anybody smelling of alcohol will not be permitted to dive and there will be no refund.
  • There is no smoking in the dive center or on the boat.
  • Water and light snacks will be provided during your trip.
  • Don’t forget your sunscreen/sunglasses and hats.
  • Read & accept the booking conditions attached to the booking confirmation email.
  • The minimum age for DSD is 10 years. There is no maximum age limit.
  • We also offer certification diving courses.
  • Covid-19 safety Measures :
  • We have all types of safety Measures for Covid-19.
  • Equipment will be disinfected after individual use.
  • The boat will be equipped with onboard sanitizers.
  • Every diver will be provided with an experienced buddy for the entire dive.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER IF FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE THEN,

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cost will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of the trip cost will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees. No refund will be processed.
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

  • Event Tickets can be transferred to another person against cancellation.
  • If we cancel the TRIP, only the TRIP AMOUNT will be refunded.

Trekhievers Policy:

  • A complete schedule of the trek will be given to the registered participants 12 Hours prior on WhatsApp.
  • Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule in case of any unavoidable circumstance.
  • The tour is weather-based and depends on the weather conditions. There may be last-minute cancellations if weather conditions deteriorate.
