Itinerary

Day 1: Mumbai to Mangalore

Hello, fellow Coorg travellers! We're all meeting on the Netravati Express (16345), arriving at different times: 11:40 AM at LTT, 12:05 PM at Thane, and 12:50 PM at Panvel. Let's have a fantastic journey filled with icebreaking games and lots of fun!

Day 2: Abbey Falls, Mandalpatti, Raja's Seat

  • 5:00 AM: Arrive at Mangalore station and start journey to Coorg (3-4 hours)
  • En route: Breakfast
  • Check-in: Homestay near a coffee plantation and freshen up
  • Abbey Falls: Visit the majestic waterfall
  • Mandalpatti Peak: Off-roading adventure to the peak with stunning Western Ghats views
  • Raja's Seat: Enjoy scenic beauty, especially during sunrise and sunset
  • Return: Head back to homestay for bonfire, dinner, and rest

Day 3 : Buddhist Monastery, Dubare Elephant Camp

  • Wake up and have breakfast
  • Visit Namdroling Buddhist Monastery (Golden Temple) ,Escape from city hustle, one of the largest Tibetan settlements in India
  • Visit Nisargadhama
  • Later in Afternoon: Head to Dubare Elephant Camp ,Experience elephant bathing in the Kaveri River and elephant rides
  • Optional: Visit Chiklihole Dam, a beautiful man-made reservoir
  • In Evening Explore the local market,Experience world-famous coffee and spices
  • Return to homestay for bonfire, dinner, and rest

Day 4 : Coffee Plantation, Madikeri fort, Omkareshwar & Departure

  • Good morning and have breakfast and Checkout.
  • Visit Omkareshwar Temple
  • Explore the Coffee Plantation. Enjoy a tour and get the perfect caffeine experience
  • Coorg, known as "The Coffee County," offers a must-visit coffee plantation walk
  • If time allows, visit Madikeri Fort
  • Depart for Mangalore station
  • Reach Mangalore station and board your train for the return journey

Day 5 : Back to Mumbai

  • Return home with cherished memories and countless photos.
  • Expect to reach Panvel by 02:50 PM
  • Anticipate arrival at Thane by 03:45 PM

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE FOR THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER IF FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE THEN,

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the trip's start date, 50% of the trip cost will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the trip's start date, 25% of the trip cost will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the trip's start date, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees. No refund will be processed.
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

  • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.

Trekhievers Policies:

  • Seats will be reserved only after full payment.
  • Fees paid are non-refundable but transferable on the same event.
  • A complete schedule of the trek will be given later to registered participants
  • Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule in case
  • Organizers hold the right to cancel any event and refund with prior notice.
  • We strictly follow a no alcohol, no drugs, and no litter policy.
