Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Tokyo | Welcome To The Land Of The Rising Sun.
  • Arrive at Tokyo International Airport and complete your immigration formalities at the airport.

  • Meet our representative who will assist you in your transfers to your hotel and check-in formalities.

  • Rest for some time and spend the rest of the day enjoying the party life of Tokyo as you go pub crawling.

  • Overnight stay in Tokyo.

Day 2: Full-Day Tokyo City Tour | Explore Tokyo’s Historic Sites And Futuristic Concepts.
  • Wake up to a beautiful morning in your hotel in Tokyo

  • Enjoy a delicious breakfast and get ready for a full-day tour of Tokyo city.

  • First, we will be driving past the Tsukiji Fish Market – a historic seafood market handling over 2000 tons of fresh seafood a day, stroll past busy buyers and sellers, and watch them haggle for a great deal.

  • Next, we will visit the Sensō-ji Temple, Tokyo’s oldest Buddhist temple, located in the lively Asakusa district, featuring a 5-storey pagoda.

  • Then, take a leisurely walk around Asakusa Shopping Street, where you can shop for souvenirs and traditional Japanese snacks.

  • Further, we will explore the Tokyo Skytree- a broadcasting and observation tower which is also one of the tallest in the world.

Day 3: Day at Leisure in Tokyo | Explore at Your Own Pace And Choice.

  • Today’s day is at your leisure.

  • You can choose to relax in your hotel Or you can step out to explore Tokyo on your own.

  • You can visit the Meiji Shinto Shrine, which is known for its towering gates and surrounding woods, dedicated to the deified spirits of Emperor Meiji and his wife.

  • Also, visit the Imperial Palace, which is the main residence of the Emperor of Japan.

  • You can walk around this wide area, which is designed as a park and click photos and get a glimpse of the royalty.

  • You can also visit the National Museum of Tokyo, which is perfect for art lovers and houses a collection of Japanese art from the late 19th century to the present.

  • Later, you can explore shopping streets like Togoshi Ginza, the longest shopping street in Tokyo, known for its variety of shops and food stalls.

  • Board your transfer to begin your journey toward Mt. Fuji – Japan’s most iconic natural landmark and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

  • Enjoy a 2-hour journey through the scenic landscapes of Japan to reach Mount Fuji..

  • Visit Mt. Fuji 5th Station, which is the highest accessible point by vehicle, at 2,300 meters

  • Next, we will be climbing to Chureito Pagoda – a 400-step climb which offers a picture-perfect view of Mt. Fuji with a five-story pagoda in the foreground

  • Further, proceed to head towards Hakone, a resort town known for its hot springs and natural beauty

  • Once here, enjoy the Lake Ashi Pirate Cruise, offering views of Mt. Fuji on clear days.

  • Continue on your exploration by taking a ride on the Hakone Ropeway to Owakudani, which is an active volcanic valley with sulfur vents and black eggs.

  • Once we are done with the tour of Mt Fuji, we will continue on our journey to Kyoto via Bullet train.

Day 5: Kyoto and Nara Full-Day Tour | Indulge In Culture, Temples & Nature.

  • Start your day with a wholesome breakfast at your hotel.

  • Today, we will be exploring and visiting some of Kyoto’s rich heritage in the morning:

  • First, we will be visiting the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, which is a bamboo forest with towering stalks of bamboo lined across a path, which is a breathtaking sight.

  • A walk through this mystical bamboo forest will immediately transfer you to a zen mode.

  • Next, visit the Kinkakuji, also known as the Golden Pavilion, which is a Buddhist Zen temple whose top 2 floors are completely covered in gold leaf.

  • Stroll through its gardens and along the large pond that surrounds the temple.

  • Next, we will visit the Fushimi Inari Shrine, located in southern Kyoto, famous for its thousand red torii gates on Mount Inari.

  • Post lunch, we will head to Nara, which is approximately 1 hour away.

  • Upon reaching Nara, we will be proceeding towards the Nara Deer Park, where around 1200 deer roam freely, and you can interact with these gentle creatures and click photos.

  • Later, proceed to visit the Tōdai-ji Temple, home to Japan’s largest bronze Buddha statue.

Day 6: Kyoto to Osaka | Travel by Bullet Train & Evening Leisure Day.
  • Wake up to a pleasant morning in Kyoto.

  • Board your transfers to the Kyoto train station, from where we will board a bullet train.

  • Enjoy breakfast at your hotel and check out.

  • Board the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Kyoto Station to Shin-Osaka Station – a short 30-minute thrilling high-speed bullet train ride.

  • Upon reaching Osaka, check-in to your hotel.

  • Complete the check-in formalities and spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 7: Full-Day Osaka City Tour | Explore Osaka’s Historic Sites And Indulge In Shopping.

Things To Carry:

  • Documents: Authentic Government ID Card and Passport (Must have minimum 6 month expiration date from the arrival date).
  • Day backpack/ (20 – 30 Ltrs): When you are on a local sightseeing tour, you are required to carry only a few necessary items and for that, you need a day backpack as you will leave your bigger one at your designated stay.

  • Floaters or Sandals/Shoes: When you are spending your day at leisure, a good pair of sandals and floaters will help you to move freely. Sneakers/ Sport shoes.

  • Clothing: One cotton long sleeves and 2 short sleeve T-shirt., At least 2 long pants (trek pants and cargo pants are favourable) and Thorts. sets of undergarments, 3/4 pair of socks,  a small towel, swimwear, Shorts and breathable pants. Dresses or beachwear (for beach clubs, etc.) Raincoat or Poncho.

  • Quick-dry towel: A quick-dry towel will help in maintaining proper hygiene. It must dry quickly because the wet fabric will only increase the chance of bacterial growth.

  • Bag for all your Toiletries: A bag with all your essentials including napkins, toothpaste, sanitizers, paper soap, etc Sunscreen 40+SPF. Insect repellent (mosquitoes are common), Shampoo/conditioner, Toothbrush & toothpaste, Face wash & moisturizer, Lip balm, Razor & shaving cream, Basic makeup (optional)

  • Personal Basic Medical Kit: Carrying a medical kit with bandages, Dettol, and medication for headaches, nausea, etc is necessary. Medicine(if any)

  • Sunglasses / People who use spectacles (Use Photochromic glasses instead of contact lenses): Photochromatic glasses are specs that are designed to transform into anti-glare shades depending upon exposure to the sun. They are good when it comes to eye protection but one can also opt for clip-on glasses etc.

  • Mobile charger / Power bank: Although you'll get electricity at most places, it is always advisable to carry a charged power bank in case of emergencies.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER IF FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE THEN,

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the trip's start date, 50% of the trip cost will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the trip's start date, 25% of the trip cost will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the trip's start date, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees. No refund will be processed.
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
