Itinerary
Day 01: Your City to Udaipur
  • Train Name: 16587 - Bikaner Exp
  • 09:40 AM Train from Pune to Ahmedabad.
  • 12:17 PM Train from Kalyan to Ahmedabad.
  • 08:00 PM Arrive in Ahmedabad, meet the team, and have a small round of introductions before we begin our journey. 
  • You can also take a flight to Ahmedabad from your city and report to us at 8 PM.
  • 11:30 PM Start 5-6 hrs overnight journey to Udaipur via private AC Cab / Bus, depending upon the group size.
  • Flight to Udaipur can be really expensive, and seat availability in the direct Udaipur train is usually not available. To get confirmed seats in the direct train, book 2-3 months prior.

Day 02: Arrival at Udaipur | Welcome to the City of Lakes
  • Arrive in Udaipur, check into our hotel if early check-in is available, and relax for some time.
  • Visit City Palace - an architectural marvel. Later, visit Sajjangarh Monsoon Palace or Karni Mata Temple via the ropeway.
  • In the evening, stroll around Lake Pichola, Jagdish Temple, and Bagore Ki Haveli, and watch the sunset from Lal Ghat or Ambrai Ghat.
  • Later, hop some cafes and end your day with some lake view pictures
  • Overnight stay at the Hotel in Udaipur.

Day 03: Udaipur - Kumbhalgarh - Udaipur
  • Start your day with breakfast, then get ready to explore the Kumbhalgarh Fort.
  • Today, we visit the mighty Kumbhalgarh Fort – the pride of the Mewar Empire. 
  • Visit Halla Pol, Hanuman Pol, Neelkanth Mahadev Temple, Ganesh Temple, Parsvanath Temple, Bawan Devri Temple, Kumbha Palace, the Birthplace of Maharana Pratap, and Badal Mahal, among others.
  • After visiting Kumbhalgarh, head back to Udaipur.
  • Visit Fateh Sagar Lake, surrounded by the Aravalli Hills. It is the second-largest artificial lake in the city. Enjoy some roadside snacks and proceed to our hotel.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Udaipur.

Day 04: Udaipur - Chittorgarh - Departure
  • Wake up at 5 AM and visit the Bhahubali Hills for sunrise (optional, at own cost)
  • Start your day with breakfast, then get ready to explore the Chittorgarh Fort.
  • Proceed to Chittorgarh. We visit Chittorgarh Fort – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a symbol of bravery. Here we will see Ranakumbha Palace – where the founder of Udaipur, Maharana Udai Singh, was born, Meera Mandir – which was once the home of the famous bhakti poetess Meerabai, Vijay Stambha – a victory monument constructed by the Mewar king to commemorate the victory over Mahmud Khilji, and Queen Padmini Palace – located amidst water bodies.
  • After a filling Lunch, you will head back to Udaipur.
  • People who had taken the Udaipur to Udaipur package will be dropped off at Udaipur by 6 PM and can book further travel accordingly, with a minimum of an hour's buffer time.
  • The rest of the group will head out to cafes for dinner and depart for Ahmedabad by 11 PM

Day 05: Arrive in Mumbai

Things To Carry:

  • Gears: A rucksack bag and a day pack. (Avoid Trolly Bags)
  • Clothes: One cotton long sleeve and 2 short sleeve T-shirts,1 pair of gloves, At least 2 long pants (trek pants and cargo pants are favourable),4 sets of undergarments,2 pairs of socks, A small towel, a Rain jacket or a poncho
  • Footwear: Above-the-ankle waterproof and breathable hiking boots with good grip, Flip flops/sandals
  • Quick-dry towel: A quick-dry towel will help in maintaining proper hygiene. It must dry quickly because the wet fabric will only increase the chance of bacterial growth.
  • Sanitiser: Prevent the risk of infections and maintain proper hand hygiene by making sure you carry a hand sanitiser.
  • Sun Cap: A lightweight sun cap with side flaps is perfect to keep your head cool and avoid sunburn on a sunny day. 
  • Lip Balm: Your lips can become chapped due to the harsh, cold wind, so it's important to keep them moisturised.
  • Cold Cream & Sun Screen (SPF 40+): To avoid sunburns and chafing, you need to put on sunscreen as well as cold cream.
  • Water Bottle (1 Ltr): Hydration is extremely important when it comes to travelling. Carrying a water bottle that you can refill with Himalayan water is a must.
  • Bag for all your Toiletries: A bag with all your essentials, including napkins, toothpaste, sanitisers, paper soap, etc., should be carried in a ziplock bag. 
  • Personal Basic Medical Kit: Carrying a medical kit with bandages, Dettol, Glucose powder, medication for headache, nausea, etc. is necessary.
  • Sunglasses / People who use spectacles (Use Photochromic glasses instead of contact lenses): Photochromatic glasses are spectacles designed to transform into anti-glare shades depending on exposure to the sun. They are good when it comes to eye protection, but one can also opt for clip-on glasses, etc.
  • Mobile charger / Power bank: Although you'll get electricity at most places, it is always advisable to carry a charged power bank in case of emergencies.
  • Documents: Identification proofs like Aadhar Card and driver's License.
  • Extra Polythene: In case your clothes get wet or your garments don’t dry, you can carry them in polythene. However, make sure that all the plastic that you are carrying into the woods is with you. Don’t litter.
  • Camera: This should be obvious. To make sure that you get to capture all the great moments from your trip. Make sure that you have enough storage and some extra batteries as well.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER, IF FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE THEN,

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the trip's start date, 50% of the trip cost will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the trip's start date, 25% of the trip cost will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the trip's start date, 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees. No refund will be processed.
  • In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled, and in such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
