What is included in the tour

  • Accommodation: Tent Accommodation on a Double / Triple sharing basis with mattress, pillows & blankets.
  • Meal Plan: 4 meals (Day 1 Evening Snacks & Tea + Limited BBQ (Veg & Nonveg) + Unlimited Dinner (Veg & Nonveg) , Day 2 Breakfast
  • Activities:  Indoor and Outdoor Sports Activities - (Carrom, chess, cricket, Football, Volleyball, badminton  etc), Music and Dance, Bonfire, Photobooth, Watersports - (Boating and Swimming with life jackets)

  • Traveling to the campsite
  • Bottled Mineral water, Extra Meals, Cold Drinks etc Purchased at Campsite and any other cost which is personal in nature
  • Any kind of Medical & Travel insurance.
  • For extra BBQ (Veg/Non-Veg) an Additional cost is to be paid directly at the Venue.
Itinerary
 

Day 01: 

  • 04:00 PM: Reach the campsite and Check-In. We will allot you The Tent Accommodation. Keep your bags and belongings into the tent. 
  • 05:00 PM: Once you Get freshen up and settled down enjoy evening snacks and hot tea. The Beautiful Lakeside place is an all-time best for sunset and sunrise photography, Also, enjoy nature and Swimming and Boating Activities. Play Volleyball, cricket, Football,   Badminton, Carrom, Chess, and Other activities, or one can just relax and unwind till sunset.  
  • 07:30 to 10:00 PM: Hit the dance floor. One can enjoy a late-night dance floor with music amidst nature.  
  • 08:00 PM: Enjoy BBQ (Veg-Non-Veg) 
  • 10:00 PM: Delicious Buffet Dinner (Veg-Non-Veg) will be ready in the dining area. Have Dinner 
  • 11:00 PM: Bonfire
  • Enjoy overnight stay 

Day 02: 

  • 06:00 AM: Wake-up call 
  • 07:00 - 09.30 AM: Awesome sunrise view with Tea and Breakfast
  • 09:00 - 11.00 AM: Boating and Swimming
  • 11:00 PM: Checkout

How To Reach :

Private Vehicle:

  • We will share the GPS location post booking confirmation. You can travel by your own vehicle till the Campsite

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE INITIAL BOOKING AMOUNT FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS. HOWEVER IF FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE THEN,

  • 100% refund if cancelled 24 hours prior.
  • No show No Refund.
  • Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
  • Event Tickets can be transferred to another person against cancellation.
  • If we cancel the Camp, only the Camping Amount along with GST will be refunded.

Trekhievers Policy:

  • We strictly follow no drugs and no litter policy.
  • Seats will be reserved only after full payment.
  • A complete schedule of the trek will be given to the registered participants 12 Hours prior on WhatsApp.
  • Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule in case of any unavoidable circumstance.
  • The tour is weather-based and depends on the weather conditions. There may be last-minute cancellations if weather conditions deteriorate.
